Manufacturing Capabilities

Extrusion & Yarn Production

It all starts with the raw material. Our modern extrusion lines process 100% virgin PP and HDPE granules — no recycled filler, no compromise — into high-quality filaments with precise diameter control, consistent tenacity, and built-in UV stabilisation. Real-time monitoring ensures every metre of yarn meets our strict quality benchmarks before it feeds into the next production stage.

Rope Twisting & Braiding

Our rope manufacturing facility runs advanced twisting and braiding machines capable of producing ropes from 3mm to 50mm diameter in twisted, braided, and plaited constructions. Every rope is tested for breaking load, elongation, and surface finish. From fishing sutli to heavy-duty cargo ropes — each configuration is optimised for its specific end application.

Weaving & Lamination

Our weaving section runs high-speed shuttle-less looms producing tightly woven PP fabric for tarpaulins, carry bags, and shade nets. The in-line lamination facility applies LDPE film coating on both faces of tarpaulin fabric — creating a fully waterproof, UV-stabilised product that resists tearing under load. Custom GSM, width, and colour are production-ready.

Quality Control Laboratory

No product leaves our factory without passing through our dedicated QC laboratory. Trained quality technicians test every production batch for tensile breaking load, elongation, UV degradation resistance, GSM weight, and dimensional accuracy. Our QC systems are aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards — ensuring every client receives exactly what was specified, every single time.
